There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1996-03-29 House Journal Page 3482 HB 372 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Rokeberg and Brown: Page 1, line 11: Delete "July 1, 1996" Insert "the effective date of this Act" Page 2, line 23, following "public": Insert "during all times that beer or wine is served or consumed" Page 2, line 25, following "provide": Delete "live performances or music" Insert "entertainment" Page 2, line 27, following "occasion": Insert "; in this paragraph, "entertainment" includes dancing, karaoke, live performances, or similar activities, but does not include recorded or broadcast performances without live participation" Page 2, lines 28 - 32: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill section accordingly. Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB372(L&C) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
